Cost per courses vary depending on length of time and whether or not the course is live or a home study.

We accept payment through a credit or debit card via our secure processing vendor.

Once your have completed your order, the all trainings will appear in your courses here: https://courses.therapistlearningcenter.com/library

Live trainings will go live in their respective course at the day/time intended and you will get an option to join from there. The course will have all information needed to complete for your certificate!

• If you are able to contact us 24 hours ahead of the scheduled training, we will provide you with a refund. Cancelations day of will not provide a refund or credit.
• No refunds or credits will be made due to technical problems arising from a participants equipment or internet. We will always do our best to assist you in connecting with our content; however, we are not a technical support team.
• No refunds or credits will be issued if we are contacted AFTER a training about the participants inability to attend.

We do not provide refunds or credits for home study programs once purchased. 

We will gladly email you a copy of your certificate up to 7 days following a live training. For requests outside of that 7 day window we do charge a $5 fee and will send you a virtual copy once payment is received.

The NBCC requires proof of attendance for the live trainings. We cannot provide you with a certificate of attendance just for viewing a recording per our boards requirements.

No. While our events are best suited towards behavioral clinicals, social workers, and associated professionals, participants do not need to be licensed to attend. 

If you miss a live training, we do not offer an alternative that will provide for CEs.
